Summer's Free Spirit Session ~ Coronation, Alberta

If I'm being completely honest, as much as weddings make my heart so unbelievably full, nothing sets my soul alight like a free spirit session.
I love watching my subject go from a little shy at the beginning of our session to finishing it out filled with so much confidence. There's something about showing them a sneak peak from the back of the camera and seeing their eyes light up.
Summer's mom reached out to me to see if we could do a session, and it couldn't have been at a better time. I was craving something that would allow me to fill my creative cup again, and this was just the thing I needed.
This young lady has a beautiful and unique soul, and I can't see where it takes her. I'm so happy I got to be part of this little adventure.
It had begun to rain in town and we debated putting it off, but something told me that it wouldn't be raining at our location. So we took off and lo and behold - it was perfect. The storm clouds loomed in the distance, creating the perfect backdrop. And just as we wrapped up our session and drive away, the rain began to fall.
